Record limits are set at the account profile level. The one assigned to your account is set to 2500. But that is only for a single search transaction. You can use offset/limit values or pass in date range values to pull smaller batches until you have the complete set.

From what I see your account only allows access to: Active, Under Contract, Closed and Leased.

If they go to Expired or Withdrawn the listings are removed from the feed.

If they go the status changes to Expired or Withdrawn Withdrawn, the listings are removed from the feed.feed until they change to one of the other status values you have access to.
