NEREN Data Pull - Lookup value not found errors

asked 2016-08-25 19:03:30 -0500

updated 2016-08-30 19:23:42 -0500

I'm working on the transition for a client for the NEREN data pull.

I'm using the RETS Connector application.

Doing different pulls in several property types, I'm getting similar errors related to lookup values not being found.

Below is the error message when trying to do a one-time pull of all the residential listings with 3 bedrooms.

I'm getting similar errors when trying to pull multi-families, rentals, other residentials and even open houses.

Please advise. I'm happy to upload more error messages if needed.

I have notified the SSM who will schedule a RETS Metadata Refresh.

Update 2016-08-31 11:05 CST - I was informed that a refresh was done on 8/30 so the lookup values should be good now. Let us know if you are still having issues.

I fully reloaded the cache and I'm still getting the same LOOKUP errors.

Here is an example:

Miscellaneous Search Error. Lookup: value LIBRY not found in Lookup table Rm18Level_Lkp_1 for Resource 1. [LM_char5_31] Miscellaneous Search Error. Lookup: value EXERC not found in Lookup table Rm22Level_L

Hi Daren, We found the inaccurate data and are working to remove it now. I expect it should all be corrected tomorrow. Thank you for following up on this item to be sure we have the system in good working order.

I'm still seeing the same lookup errors which is preventing me from pulling all the test data. Would it help if I paste in all the lookup errors I'm getting?

We corrected the bad data in both lookup fields. Please let us know if you continue to see any similar errors. Thanks.

Residentials all look good now. I'm still seeing lookup errors in Multi-Family and Rentals, however.
