Some listings are not being pulled via SimplyRets.com

This question was first directed to Paragonsupport @ bkfs.com and they directed me here.

We are using the following URL for our connection: http://ccar.rets.paragonrels.com/rets...

This was recently changed from 'fnismls.com' to 'paragonrels.com' per this support document http://vendorsupport.paragonrels.com/...

Username: 20629

MLS Numbers we are attempting to pull:

1624099 1619036 1623957

SimplyRets.com suggested that we may not have permissions for these particular listings. Is this something you are able to verify?

Please let me know if there are any configuration changes that I'm required to make to have these listings be pulled or any information I should relay back to Simplyrets.com.

I was able to access them through RETS using your account:

Resource: Property Class: IO_6 Query: (L_ListingID=1624099,1619036,1623957)

They all appear to be located in the Interval/Ownership class.
