Simultaneous Sessions

1) Is there a limit to the number of concurrent sessions. I want to download all the data for the last 2 years of solds and I would like to run a bunch of simultaneous sessions to get the data quicker.

2) Is there a limit to the number of records pulled per request?

  1. I would suggest that you do not use multiple sessions on this MLS because it has a lot of traffic. But if you should use a second session for catch up downloads of historical listings, I would do it outside of normal business hours for that MLS. If a vendor is causing issues, their account could be disabled.

  2. It is normally limited to 2500 listings per transaction. We do support offset functionality which is ordered by key field.
