Need RETS Credentials Reactivated

RETS User Name: Fnexthome

We need our RETS credentials reactivated, please. I was told by John Fourne from MiRealSource (jfoune@MiRealSource.net) that I have to request that here.

Please email idx@nexthome.com with any questions or the new set of RETS credentials (if necessary).

I will check with the System Support Manager (SSM) to see if it can be enabled.

Hello,

The login Fnexthome now authenticates and returns metadata, but queries against the various Property classes return 0 results, regardless of search parameters.

Example Queries:

  • (L_StatusCatID=1)

  • (L_ListingID=0+)

  • (L_Status=1_0)

Rest of the query used:

Query=[see above]&SearchType=Property&Class=RE_1&QueryType=DMQL2&Format=COMPACT-DECODED&Count=1&Limit=1000&Offset=1

Is there something else we should try?
