Any trouble receiving only the listings specific to your license?

We're getting a 'success' response when querying the Paragon source with the API, but it's not returning what we want or would expect. We're getting more than 'active' listings (pending, closed, etc.); 1000s of results.

We signed up for the IDX license, so we should only be receiving active listings specific to our real estate community. The query is returning so many results that it cuts off after 2 minutes, so we're not sure if the active resales we need are even in what we are seeing returned.

We're finding questions similar to ours here but with the most recent relevant info dated 2017.

Suggestions?

What RETS Login URL are you using?
What account are you using for access (NO PASSWORDS)?
Are you talking RETS or Web API?

The MLS controls what data is included the feeds.
I would suggest if you only want Actives, add a filter to your property query: (L_StatusCatID=1)
Or you could contact the MLS and request a feed with only actives.
