OBARMLS VOW Cannot Update Listings Since Nov 5

Our WordPress VOW website stop pulling data on November 5th. My dev team is returning an error of "error: Code: #401 - Message: Client error: GET http://obarmls.rets.paragonrels.com/rets/fnisrets.aspx/OBARMLS/login?rets-version=rets/1.5 resulted in a 401 Unauthorized response:"

Dev team is asking me this:

"Can you confirm that IP address 23.254.181.186 is whitelisted or otherwise, so we can continue to troubleshoot?"

Bad timing for the firm, any help is appreciated!

If your IP Address is being blocked you wouldn't get a 401 error returned.

Did your password change recently?

I see where your password changed on 11/9/2020.
Are you sure they are using the new one, case matters.
Note: For HTTP we require Digest and for HTTPS we require Basic authentication.
Also, have you tried the URL in a browser window, make sure to include the rets-version parameter, and when you get the login prompt do your credentials work?
If not, something is wrong with the your credentials.

Are you getting the 401 during the Login request?
If during a subsequent transaction are you returning the RETS-Session-ID cookie?
