"No Records Found" message

We tried to download listings using the following 2 search URLs and got "No Records Found" message.

Here is the search query for active listings. http://peedeemls-rets.paragonrels.com...

Below is the search query for sold listings. http://peedeemls-rets.paragonrels.com...

I was able to login and get metadata, but I could not download any listings. Please resolve this asap.

Using your account information and the queries listed above I show:
Query: (L_Status=1_0) returns 8 records.
Query: (L_Status=2_0) returns 293 records.
What client are you using to pull these records?

We are using our own RETS client. We are able to download data from other MLSs fine, but not this MLS. We were just given the credential. When we used the following, it says no records. http://peedeemls-rets.paragonrels.com...

What User-Agent value are you sending with your request?
Are you calling the Login transaction before you call search?

Yes, I login before calling the search. I'm able to get the metadata fine, but cannot download anything even just as simple as downloading the listing id for active listings. I'm using user-agent = Redis/1.0. Please help.

Is that the same User-Agent you use for your other sites?
If not, change it to what you are using on the other ones and try again.

Yes, we are using the same user-agent for the other MLSs and they are fine.

I would suggest that you use one like "TrendGraphix/1.0" or something along that line that is specific to your product to avoid future issues. "Redis/1.0" one we use internally for testing purposes.

I see search errors about missing class:
It's because you have "?" after rets-version instead of "&"
rets-version=rets/1.8?Class=RE_1&Query=(L_Status=1_0)&Select=L_DisplayId&SearchType=Property&Format=COMPACT-DECODED&QueryType=DMQL2&Limit=NONE&Count=0

Thanks. We are able to download some listings after changing the User-Agent to TrendGraphix/1.0. Our RETS feed is supposed to be full RETS feed for all statuses and all offices/agents. However, there are some fields that do not show any values, such as L_OriginalPrice,L_ContractDate,L_SellingAgent1,L_StatusDate,LA1_AgentID,LO1_ShortName,LO2_ShortName,SO1_ShortName in Sold listings. We also do not have access to other statuses such as Pending, Expired, Off Market, etc. We need access to Agent and Office. Please advise.

Currently your account profile only allows access to active and sold listings for one office.
You would need to contact the MLS directly to request access.

Lin said that she has changed our RETS feed permission to include all data, but I tried it and it still shows the same data. Can you please check if our RETS feed permission has been changed properly and let me know. Thanks.

I show 214 active and 17256 sold using your account.

1). I do not know if the numbers you provided validates that we receive all records or just the data for one office. 2). I still cannot access some required fields. They do not show any values. Here is the sample of the fields: L_OriginalPrice,L_ContractDate,L_SellingAgent1,L_StatusDate,LA1_AgentID,LO1_ShortName,LO2_ShortName,SO1_ShortName in Sold listings. We also do not have access to other statuses such as Pending, Expired, Off Market, etc. We need access to Agent and Office. This tells me that I do not have access to all data. Lin told me that she has made changes. Please help!

It looks like you have access to all Active and Sold but not pending along with ActiveAgent, ActiveOffice and Office data.

You are correct. Even for the Sold listings, there are still some important fields that have blank values, such as L_OriginalPrice,L_ContractDate,L_SellingAgent1,L_StatusDate,LA1_AgentID,LO1_ShortName,LO2_ShortName,SO1_ShortName. These are important fields and they should have values. Is the reason that I do not see values on these fields is because of the feed permission?

L_SellingAgent1 does return data for your account.
The other fields are not enabled in the profile so you would have to request access through the MLS.
They are the ones who enforce their data access rules.
You may be able to get the selling agent/office info from the ActiveAgent and Office resources.
