NEREN uses the Lookup called “City” to store all city values.

In the previous system there were two fields, Town/City and Official Town. NEREN decided to remove the second field “Official Town” which contained some commonly-named values and not true city names. Users may refer to the lookup “City” to retrieve a complete list of valid city names. The current city lookup contains an option called “Conway”. The legacy field “Official Town” contained a value called “North Conway” but it was discontinued when the legacy field was dropped.

I recommend reaching out to NEREN directly for any additional details.

Paragon allows the agent to control the photo placement, and sequence. If the listing agent only uses the "even" slots, then all of the "odd" slots would be the "no photo" image e.g. 0, x, 2, x, 4, x, 6 .... Every other photo would be a real photo, and the others would appear deleted.

The best way to get away from this issue, would be to utilize the Media Resource, which will only return photos which exist.

I reviewed the photo in question, and at full size, the photos appear identical. The Photo Viewer in Paragon is displaying the photo at 1024x768, so it appears smaller, but the aspect ratio is unchanged.

Update 2016-10-13 11:20 CST - I checked your account and all the fields are enabled for your profile. But when I look at the search request you are sending. It looks like you are only requesting specific fields for return in the select parameter. Since I'm not exactly sure which data values you are missing I can't be sure whether you are requesting them or not.

I also reviewed the RETS Audit information, and I don't see any requests for the Agent Id you specified between Sunday and 5:40 PM CT 4/4/2016. I hope this helps!

It looks as though you must have been pulling images from the media resource which was out of sync. The issues should be corrected now as of: 4/8/2016 at 9:00 AM CT.
