Part of the issue is that we were a little unsure which MLS you were talking about. In one place you say MCAR and in your data connection, you list it as MOORE. When I checked I was able to find the login name you specified in MOORE, but not in MCAR.

Also, we would prefer users use either RETS version to 1.7.2 or 1.8 to position for the future.
