Hey Matthew.

We all feel your pain. I asked the same question back in February (http://vendorsupport.paragonrels.com/question/4449/https-images/) and referenced even then the same question being asked in March of 2016.

I was just about to update my question to them with a new critical issue re: HTTPS so hopefully that gets them moving or we'll all be having to switch out of their system.
