Agent Class Availability - Norfolk RETS (NE)

Can you tell me if the Agent class is available in the Norfolk (NE) RETS feed with the below credentials? We are receiving a 'Unauthorized Query. You are not authorized to access class [Agent] in resource [Agent]' error.

Looks like your account profile only allows access to the ActiveAgent resource.
If you need more than that you would need to contact the MLS directly.
