Is it possible to pull attached documents via RETS?

Document access can be made available through RETS GetObject if the MLS allows it. To get access, you would request access through the MLS for your particular account.

Assuming they are available, are they a separate resource, or are they an object type (such as photo)?

They are accessed using object type: Document.

Thank you. It appears that the MLS I am accessing doesn't offer that object type.
