Unable to log into Shoals Area Assoc

I'm trying to log into the Shoals Area Association of Realtors RETS server using the PHRETS library. I can get in using RETSMd, but when using the PHRETS library I get an authentication error:

GET https://smlsa-rets.paragonrels.com/re...resulted in a401 Unauthorized` response

Any suggestions as to how I can fix this? The user I"m using is "smlsaiHouseWeb"
