Multiple feeds RETS download failures [closed]

As in the reports from LenVinci and Ylopo IDX Support, we are encountering issues downloading data via RETS for multiple feeds -- over a dozen. These all started failing Friday evening 2/11/22 (PST). As best I can tell, randomly a response from the RETS server is incomplete. As an example of the random nature, if I try to retrieve the active listings for Greater Greenville (SC), on one attempt it will fail on the CI_3 class and on the next attempt it will fail on the MF_4 class. We're seeing most errors on location=1 photo URL requests -- but that may simply be since there are more of those queries.

Other affected feeds (besides Greenville) include Hudson County (NJ), Outer Banks (NC), Northeast Louisiana, Wyoming MLS, and Taos County (NM). (We're seeing problems with about 7 more as well.)

This is also affecting GPAR MLS as well as the ones listed above. Is there any type of response or ETA on this?

We are currently attempting to duplicate and review the logs. Could you please supply the login name you are using, along with a specific time/date you saw the error? That way we can best match up what you are seeing.

Hello Sean! So we did review, so far we are unable to duplicate with the login name we were supplied for iHomefinder. We reviewed the logs and are seeing a LoginError after a first attempt - but we are not seeing the issue persist in any other rets vendors. Is there a flag or somthing similar that is pre-emptively closing your connection - such as a local isp?

Sadie I am not with Ihomefinder I am with Delta Media Group. It looks like most of this is fixed now. The only issue I am still seeing is with NELAR MLS. It is still not working. Please let me know if you need anything else from me on this. the login name is delta . Thank you in advance for your help with this.

As with the case reported by LenVinci today, this issue is now resolved for us. We can download data for all 13 of the affected feeds again.
