Issue downloading listings

For both NORTHEAST LOUISIANA BOARD OF REALTORS and WYOMING MULTIPLE LISTING SERVICE we're having trouble downloading classes/listings.

For NORTHEAST we're only downloading class RI_4 even though we've been downloading RL_5, RE_1, CI_3, and LD_2. For WYOMING, I can see the class files in our downloads but no listings are attached to them.

Is there any indication on your end on why this is happening?
