Why are so many StandardStatus values missing in Strategic MLS Alliance WebApi results?

Many listings have MlsStatus value of '_10__Active___Active', but only some have the corresponding StandardStatus of 'Active'.

Same issue for listings with MlsStatus of '_30__Pending___Pending' with only some of them having a StandardStatus value of 'Pending'
