to "yuma-rets.paragonrels.com"
I changed the query to the url below and I get data back now but the top node mistakenly says "<rets replycode="20201" replytext="No Records Found." >"<="" p="">
I only get one returned with (L_StatusCatID=|1,3)
L_ListingID: 20214545
L_Status: WITHDRAWN/OFF_MARKET
L_UpdateDate: 2021-11-17T21:10:55.4
L_Last_Photo_updt: 2021-11-17T21:00:58.4
Any idea why even when I get results with the example query above, the XML starts with this:
<rets replycode="20201" replytext="No Records Found." ><="" p="">
We do rely on that information to be accurate.
What RETS Version are you using?
I tried RETS/1.5, RETS/1.7.2, RETS/1.8 and they all return success if there are records.
I get No Records found if I use your query because of the date filter you are using.
If I just pull with the status query, I get the one I listed above.
