How are photo titles and captions supposed to be sent to RETS Update?

Hi, we are integrating with BK's RETS Update at bridgeMLS, and do not see how to pass photo titles/captions. Is this supported? If so, how are these fields meant to be sent?

Our POSTOBJECT request supports two headers you can pass: "X-Content-Label" and "X-Content-Description"
