example query below returns no records. We do get Office and Agent data. Can you please advise? Thank you.

Please contact the MLS directly for this.
When your account was added they didn't assign a RETS Profile to it.
Without a profile no data will be returned.

We do get results back for ActiveAgent and Office queries.

That could be but property has different requirements.

Yes. We had another set of credentials and with that we are able to get the data back. Thank you.
