Missing Listing - Indiana Regional

Hi - trying to determine why my RE RETS query does not return MLS 202210106, which can be found on various other sites (eg https://www.weichert.com/104756215/). Suspect it could be the IDX flag, but agent is certain it is IDX true.

The IDX Include value for that listing is set to No.
