Mammoth Lakes Board of Realtors IDX/VOW

Hi Support,

We have received our credentials from Mammoth Lakes Board of Realtors but are confused if it's for an IDX or VOW profile. The MLS said “the RETS profile we provide follows IDX rules and has VOW as an available data point.” Can you confirm which profile our credentials are for and if IDX, how we can access the VOW?

It is an IDX rules feed allowing access to active and sold.
The VOW fields are enabled so you should be able to access and query them.
No VOW filtering is being done by the profile itself so you would need to do it on your end.

These are the 4 we export: LV_vow_include, LV_vow_address, LV_vow_comment, LV_vow_avm

Hey @bwolven in regards to this same feed, Our engineering had a question regarding the sold data. Can we show all listings with a status of the 4 SOLD statuses below, or just the 2_0 SOLD status? 1_0: ACTIVE 1_1: ACTIVE-PRICE CHG 1_2: ACTIVE-EXTENDED 1_3: ACTIVE-BACK ON MARKET 1_5: ACTIVE-UNDER CONTRACT 2_0: SOLD 2_1: SOLD-NON MLS 2_2: SOLD-BEFORE LISTED 2_3: SOLD-AFTER EXPIRED/CANCEL 3_0: PENDING 3_2: CONTINGENT SHORT SALE 4_0: EXPIRED 5_1: CANCELLED 5_2: NONCOMPLIANCE 5_3: HOLD 5_4: WITHDRAWN 6_0: LEASED

Your account only allows access to: (L_StatusCatID=|1,2)
Which means L_Status values starting with 1_ or 2_
You would need to contact the MLS directly if you need other access.
