Great Plains No Longer Supporting TLS 1.0 and 1.1 protocols.

asked 2022-04-19 18:32:43 -0500

Good afternoon,

We received the following notification from Great Plains, "From Black Knight 4/7/22: As previously communicated Paragon's RETS server will no longer support the deprecated TLS 1.0 and 1.1 protocols. *NOTE: We are past the implementation date previously communicated but we are giving one final reminder of this change."

When we received the same notice from other MLSs we were also asked to update the URL to include https, instead of http. The MLS was not able to answer if this is the case for Great Plains. Do you know if there is an updated URL we should use to access the server? This is the URL we are using today: http://oabrmls.rets.paragonrels.com/r...

Thank you!

Shirley

We prefer that vendors use HTTPS, but for now HTTP will still be available as a fallback in case there are issues that can't be resolved any other way.
NOTE: HTTPS requires Basic authentication.
HTTP requires Digest authentication.
Here is the URL you should be using for that site:

https://oabrmls-rets.paragonrels.com/rets/fnisrets.aspx/OABRMLS/login?rets-version=rets/1.8
