Hot Springs Board of REALTORS OpenHouse Unauthorized

Hello,

I've recently been working on configuring the paragon feed for Hot Springs Board of REALTORS, but have been having some trouble with the OpenHouse resource.

When I try querying on (OH_UpdateDateTime=2022-04-28T11:03:06+00:00-2022-04-28T19:03:20+00:00), I get the following response:

Reply Code: 20207 | Unauthorized Query. You are not authorized to access class [RE_1] in resource [OpenHouse].

Are there any known issues with this feed/OpenHouse resource? This is a classic RETS feed and the account name is hsborarmstead
