Central West Tennessee Authentication Failing

Hello, we are communicating directly with the MLS (duanem@cwtar.com) and they are unable to diagnose the issue. We are receiving 403 - Forbiddenresponses from the RETS server at: http://cwtar-rets.paragonrels.com/ret...

We have tried to login using the two usernames we have been provided: Ylopo Ylopo2

Neither are functional. Can we please ensure our login is functioning?

Generally the 403 error is only returned by RETS login when the max logins per day limit is reached for a MLS user account. When that is reached, 403 is returned until it resets at midnight CST.
