Can you please check why we are getting this error below using the following credentials for the New River Valley Association of REALTORS®?

<rets replycode="20036" replytext="Missing User-Agent request header field." &gt;<="" p="">

401 - Unauthorized: Access is denied due to invalid credentials.

You do not have permission to view this directory or page using the credentials that you supplied.

Creds:URL RETS link is: https://nrv-rets.paragonrels.com/rets... Username: nrv.gravplace

You must pass in a populated "User-Agent" header with your request.
The format would be "YourAppName/1.0"
Example header: User-Agent: RETSConnector/2.0
