NEREN Missing Listings

Hello,

We seem to be missing 4913363,4913397, 4913209, and 4913414 from our most recent downloads. Expected to be Active in Class RE_1. Are listings missing from MLS as well or are you able to pull listings? Thank you.

I was able to pull all 4 of these RE_1 class listings without issue using your account?
Query: (L_ListingID=4913363,4913397,4913209,4913414)
Three are active and one is pending.
