Iowa Association URL Change - Agent IDs and Office IDs Not Same [closed]

We recently update the access URL for Iowa Association MLS and were given a PDF of changes that would occur. Agent MLS IDs and Office MLS IDs were not listed on the sheet but apparently have have changed and the original has no direct connection to the new one.

Examples:
mlsnumber agent colistingagent colistingagent2 6175419 238673 NULL NULL 6222221 1349 NULL NULL 6203673 238673 NULL NULL 6187299 1349 NULL NULL

These listings are the same agent but there was no indication that this would change. Is it possible to get an updated list of the old IDs to the new ones for agents and offices?

Are you saying that the agent and office key field values are not the same as they were before?

Correct. L_ListAgent1 is no longer the same value for some agents.

I am told that the: HiddenUsrID and HiddenOrgID are different.
However, the Agent: UserCode and LoginName are the same
Also the Office: ShortCode is the same.

We were provided a file that had the new IDs mapped to the old ones.
