In order to comply with corporate policies, established industry standards and security best practices Black Knight will disable all access to RETS URLs using the non-secure “HTTP” standard on January 1st 2023.

The HTTPS: protocol has been available on Black Knight RETS servers for several years and will now be required in order to access all RETS resources.

Please make changes to whatever applications or libraries you are using for your RETS connectivity to pull data using HTTPS with TLS 1.2.

This is a required change for all databases, however due to the impactful nature of this change we want to provide as much prior notification as possible, hence the notification of the requirement 6 months in advance.

- ALL RETS Vendors - Please VERIFY NOW that you are using the secure, HTTPS, RETS URL to connect.
- To Avoid Certificate Mismatch Errors - Please insure that if your RETS URL starts with "" change to "" where "mls" is the site you are connecting to (change the dot to a dash).

Paragon RETS requires "Basic" authentication when using HTTPS URL.
For HTTP URL it requires "Digest" authentication.
