Can you assist? We were just given new creds and we can login but we get an access error

We are getting this error for all property classes:

{"error"=>"Got error code 20207 (Unauthorized Query. You are not authorized to access class [RF_1] in resource [Property]

You will need to contact the MLS directly on this.
It looks like they created your account but didn't assign a valid RETS Profile to it.

I've reached out directly to Lori at the MLS instead of having communication go through an internal team and provided her your feedback. I'll let you know if that doesn't resolve the issue tomorrow.
