severe performance issues for Laredo queries

This query is consistently taking 2-4 minutes to run for a couple of days now. I'm not sure I've ever seen such poor performance for what should be a light query that only returns 233 results. Any ideas? It seems like the performance issues are recent.

I am able to duplicate the issue with your account.
Will have to do more analysis to determine the cause.

I'm also wondering if there are some query concurrency limits in place -- something we don't normally every really experience as a problem.

problem seems to have cleared up overnight whatever it was

What I see today is that a different profile was assigned to your account.
That profile only allows listings from the REDFIN office which I assume is incorrect.
It was changed yesterday by one of the MLS staff.
You will need to contact the MLS directly to request it be fixed.

yes, but before we had access to the U_UpdateDate field in the Office class and now we do not. In the Agent class we do have access to the U_UpdateDate field. Not sure how this happened. Can it be fixed ASAP, otherwise we cannot download Office data incrementally.
