This should be the correct RETS URL for that MLS:

https://drbor-rets.paragonrels.com/rets/fnisrets.aspx/DRBOR/login?rets-version=rets/1.8

I also checked your account and it looks like you will need to contact the MLS because they didn't assign a valid RETS Profile to your account so you won't be able to return any data unless that is corrected.
