Process for a MLS to move from RETS to RESO API? [closed]

Assuming the provider is paragon, what's keeping some MLS from moving from a RETS feed to the RESO API, we have many paragon RETS that are not still available via the API, is it related to the migration cost for the board or something more "political"? You can't probably say much, but anything that can shed some light would be helpful.

You would need to discuss this with a particular MLS. Generally speaking data would have to be mapped as each mls has different fields each have different rules before the data would be available and regulations may come into play.
