IDX feed not showing photos [closed]

We are noticing a very big problem with our IDX feed. Photos are not appearing with the property information. The photos are showing on our MLS but not on our vendor (Boomtown) website after the information is pulled. We have checked with our vendor to see if an issue on their end and they've said it is not. The staff at RCSK in Wichita recommended I reach out to you directly for help. This is an intermittent problem but happening more often now! Thank you in advance for you help. In a previous post, it was noted that general processing time and MLS data shares can lead to delays. Is there anything specific to South Central Kansas that could be causing more frequent photo delays in the IDX feed?

No there is not a limit specifically with that MLS. There is a limit in place generally of a certain number of requests within a time frame. (I believe its 5000 in 5 mins) If a vendor exceeds that they will be likely be temporarily blocked. I dont think thats happening here but that would be the only limitation.

Many of the photos do not come through on the search results. We are averaging about 60/40...60% NOT coming through. I don't believe we are downloading any where near the 5,000 in 5 minutes but I'll check that on our end. Is there any other explanation? Very frustrating!

Ok let us know. There is no process that would limit them no. The only other thing i can think of is if a listing is being added as a partial...all the photos uploaded and then at a later date made active. That means the photos could have old time stamps on them from when they were uploaded. I dont believe thats happening and certainly not with 60% of listings.
