Getting 401 Unauthorized Error When Trying to Connect [closed]

I'm trying to connect to the NGLRMLS RETS MLS and I'm getting the unauthorized error. The URL I have is: https://nglrmls-rets.paragonrels.com/...

My username is: T080822

I am using Basic authentication.

Do I need the User Agent name and password as well?

Is there something I'm missing?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Are you sure you have the correct user name for that MLS?
I do not see that account.
I do see this one with your email assigned: T080522
And I did verify that it works.
