Range MLS missing 'Pending - No More Showings' listings

Hi,

RETS feed: RAOR

RETS user: ivr181

We have a missing listing. MLS # 144233 (Property class RE_1) was in our data feed this morning. The agent changed the status to Pending - No More Showings, and not the listing in now not included in a query of active listings. The query we use for active listings is:

(L_ListingID=1+),(L_StatusCatID=|1,3)

L_StatusCatID '3' is Pending, so it should include this status. Can you please help?

That particular status value 3_4 is not allowed by your account profile.
It looks like you only have access to contingent status values.
If you need access to it you would need to contact the MLS directly and request access for your account.
