Strategic MLS Alliance - Can't pull Members [closed]

and username: smlsaCryeLeike

I can pull offices using: https://smlsa.paragonrels.com/OData/S...

but when I try to pull agents using: https://smlsa.paragonrels.com/OData/S... I get the error: StatusCode: 401, ReasonPhrase: 'Unauthorized'

So I see you have access to the ActiveAgent resource in RETS but not the All Agent resource. I also see a filter that i limiting you to only certain HiddenuserIDs Suggest you speak to the MLS Staff and confirm your access that you should have.

This is via the Web API. The Metadata just shows "<entityset name="\"Member\"" entitytype="\"Paragon.Member\"">". We've had access via the WebAPI in the past.

So RETS profiles in Paragon also limit the data available in the api. These filters can change frequently without us being involved. The MLS controls the level of access. The reason you can pull from the offices is that there is no filter on that office resource. The Agent resource is also not accessible to you on the profile however the active agent resource is available with the restrictions I mentioned above.

ALso. I would ask that you do not create duplicate requests on this forum. The requests will be answered to the best of our ability. Adding duplicate requests will not be allowed.

So to clarify one point. The issue is that the profile assigned to your account is the Active Agent resource as a i mentioned. That is not available in the API...just the Agent resource...which is disabled on your profile...so you need to request the MLS activate that resource on the profile.

THAT'S the point I was missing. I've already request access, but I'll be sure and clarify that I need access to the Agent resource. Thanks
