Upper Penn has merged into MIREalsource database. Suggest you contact mls for updated credentials and urls

As far as Texarkana. Your url looks correct and you account is active. Suggest you contact the mls staff to do a password reset. It looks like a password reset was initiated sometime last week 9/22
