Open House Time Incorrect GPRMLS to Redfin

My name is Kristina and I work with Redfin.

We recently had someone reach out about a listing with the incorrect open house time showing on our website:

It sounds like the open house is actually supposed to be from 11:30am – 1:30pm. When we look at the data we are getting in, it appears we are receiving incorrect values. Is someone able to look and confirm the values we are receiving for this open house?

We are using a RETS VOW account

Hello!

I checked and that is correct - it should be 11:30am - 1:30pm. It looks like the Open House was updated on 9/30 - the time zone appears it may have changed - but taking a look -currently it is in the correct state (11:30-1:30).

Hi Sadie - In our logic, we are expecting open house times from GPRMLS to be in GMT, which means that 4 hours is subtracted from the time we are provided to determine the Central Time Zone time during daylight savings time.

For the listing, the open house is supposed to be 11:30-13:30 Central Time, but is showing as 10:30-12:30 Central Time on our site. This is what we are getting in the feed:

It looks like the time zone here was updated on 9/30 around 7pm cst. Pulling currently I am getting the time zone ID of 372 - which translates to eastern time. Does that help??
