I was able to login and search using either URL above with your account.
Try putting the URL in a browser and login when prompted.
If it doesn't work that way, something is wrong with the credentials you are using.

What application or library are you using to login?
And does it support TLS 1.2?
Did you try the https URL in the browser?

We're using an internal application to login and support TLS 1.2. The url in the browser isnt working and the board said credentials are correct

So when you put the login URL in the browser including the rets-version parameter you can't login?
What is the error you are getting?
Do you just keep getting the login prompt (401 error)?
Or are you getting some other error?

If you get 401 in the browser with HTTPS and don't when you do the same test with HTTP.
Most likely something is wrong with your credentials.
Character case matters with the password in HTTPS but HTTP is a little more flexible.
You can try using fiddler to make sure no other errors are actually returned that are hidden.
