cape may MLS dropped connections

  • retag add tags

We are getting consistent dropped connections for cape may MLS, this is not happening for any of the other MLS's we are pulling. Seems that ever time we get to the residential class (RE_1)

You may need to increase your connection timeout value.
The RE_1 class can be slower because it has a lot more data.

I was actually wrong it is the rental class

Running step "RENT"

Data file: C:\Users\smarterAgent\Downloads\SA\CTAR\3-RENT.txt Search query: (L_StatusCatID=|1,3) 0 records downloaded Error detected: server failed the request Request: SearchType=Property&Class=RN_6&Format=COMPACT-DECODED&QueryType=DMQL2&Query=(L_StatusCatID=|1,3)

RETS Status code = 20036: Error: Specified cast is not valid. Step finished at 11/10/2022 8:24:26 AM

Looking into the issue. It looks like an issue with field LM_char10_35.
If it is excluded it works properly.

I reported the issue and hopefully we can get if fixed sometime soon.

You should be able to pull the RN_6 data now.
The LM_char10_35 will be removed and replaced with LM_DateTime_1 after the next refresh.

The refresh has been done.
Field: LM_char10_35 has been removed.
You should have access to the LM_DateTime_1 (Available Date) field now.
