Can no longer authenticate to SMLSA via Paragon API

Hi,

We posted here already but we were asked to make another post:

We have been successfully using this SMLSA feed for months but since Friday, we can no longer authenticate. Any idea if there's something wrong with our account?

It looks like your account has been disabled.
You will need to contact the MLS directly and request it be enabled.
