Issue with LBR feed

Compass has paragon RETS feed with username "RETS-WALKER". We are not able to connect to MLS from around 11:40 AM CT. And it's throwing below error.

401 Client Error: Unauthorized for url: https://lbr-rets.paragonrels.com/rets...

Could you please let us know if there are any issues from your end?

I see a login name of "RETS_WALKER" and that one works.
Are you still having issues?
