MLS Import '401 Unauthorized'

Hey! I am using wordpress plugin named Estatik. I have received login credentials; however, when apply them into the plugin I met with a '401 Unauthorized' error.

Username and password check out.

Is there something wrong with the live link?

Any help or insight would be greatly appreciated!
