Hi, I was reviewing the field values for the Full Baths Level fields in the Residential class in the RETS feed, and noticed that for "Full Bath 1 Level" (LM_Char1_10) and "Full Bath 2 Level" (LM_Char1_11), the field values are "LOWER, MAIN, UPPER, NONE", but for "Full Bath 3 Level" (LM_Char1_12), the values are "U,N,M,L,1,0". Why are the "Full Bath 3 Level" values totally different from than Bath 1 and Bath 3 Level?

Hello!

This is because Full Bath 1 Level and Full Bath 2 Level are lookup fields with a pre-defined options for the agent to select one. However, for Full Bath 3 Level it is a 'free form' field, which is restricted to a single character - so basically just different field types. The reason behind doing that would be something to ask the MLS if you want further clarification.

I hope this helps!

Thank you,
