L_UpdateDate field blank for Unit classes for marmls
Because this field is empty, we can't do simple incremental downloads. Is there a reason for this, can it be fixed?

I apologize - I was unaware that the resource was exposed! I went ahead and enabled the L_UpdateDate for you (it was available in the other class - so it was likely a mistake!)

I took a look and it looks like L_UpdateDate is enabled, is there a specific listing you're looking at? And are you in the MF_4 class?(Multi Family) ?
yes this is for MF_4. We get the field, but there is no data in it.
Hmm, using your login and pulling some test listings, I get the L_UpdateDate. Here is an example of one I obtained: L_ListingID; 115098 L_UpdateDate: 2022-08-10T18:38:37.8
