Also, on 1/13/23 the MLS informed us "Paragon is also working to find out why his record did not contain data in this field to avoid this happening in the future." This was when we were troubleshooting an issue with another agent (now resolved, the name was Antowan Hallmon Sr.). Could you provide an update?
