Can't login to MLS site
Y'all bear with me, I'm new to this. I'm a web designer trying to set up my client's MLS feed on their Squarespace site. I've been working with the local area association of realtors to try to log in. I've verified my email, then when I click on the appropriate website link and try to use the login information the association sent me, it doesn't work. They've tried resetting my password and still no luck. At this point I'm wondering if I just need to be sitting down with the real estate client and have them use THEIR account to access the MLS coding. Any ideas are greatly appreciated as I was directed here because the association had no idea what to do. I'm trying to login to smlsa.paragonrels.com/OData/SMLSA/DataSystems.
I don't know what RESO API or Classic RETS is, and I don't know my Account Name. Sincere apologies, but if you can direct me on where to find this info I will happily provide it.
