Credentials returning 401 Unauthorized for CWBR
Hello, our RETS credentials are failing for CWBR:

I was able to connect without issue to your account using both HTTP and HTTPS.
It does look as though your password may have been changed on 1/30/23.

Is there IP restrictions or some other factor we should be considering? I am still unable to log in.
Can you provide us with the updated password? The MLS appears to not have that ability.
You can try the login URL in the browser and see if it works there with your credentials.
If not, and you keep getting prompted, you have the wrong one.

How may we obtain a new password? The MLS seems incapable of providing this info unfortunately
Following up on this @bwolven, let me know if we can bring in the MLS for guidance as they referenced this method (adding a post to the paragonrels support) as a means to resolve.
I'm going to have to turn this over to the System Support Manager (SSM) for the site.
Unfortunately they won't be in until Monday.
I would suggest that if you were given new credentials, try the previous ones also to see if perhaps they still work.
