MAAR - Memphis Area - https URL

Good afternoon,

We received a notice from Memphis Area to begin using the https protocol, but they didn't confirm the URL we should be using. We tried using https://maar.rets.paragonrels.com/ret... , but receive a HTTP (0) error when trying to log in.

Can you please confirm the https URL we should be using for Memphis Area?

Thank you!

Shirley

Please refer to the post with our HTTPS Noticefor troubleshooting. Quick answer, you need to change the URL to https://maar-rets.paragonrels.com/ret.... Please be aware that RETS 1.5 is deprecated and 1.8 should be used instead.

Thank you, https://maar.rets.paragonrels.com/ret... also does not work. Neither does, https://mls-rets-paragonrels.com/rets.... It seems there is another URL I should be referencing other than adding https and updating to 1.8? Our username is: V000CLRCAPTL if it helps.

The URL you should use has "maar-rets" not "maar.rets" like the URL shown in the answer above.
And you also need to use "Basic" authentication instead of "Digest".
Also make sure your password uses the exact case (it has both).
You can also try the HTTPS URL in a browser

 https://maar-rets.paragonrels.com/rets/fnisrets.aspx/MAAR/login?rets-version=rets/1.8

When prompted enter your credentials and see if the login succeeds.
If it fails it is most likely a password case issue.

Were you able to get this working?
